Our Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, you may return it within 10 days after receipt of your order. Please see our "Return/Replacement" procedure at the bottom of this page.

Quality in Workmanship and Materials Guarantee:
We use the highest quality sterling silver jewelry and each piece of jewelry is individually inspected prior to shipping. If your order arrives damaged you may return it within 10 days after receipt of your order. Please see our "Return/Replacement" procedure at the bottom of this page.

Placing An Order

Our site is integrated with the SmartCart Catalog and Shopping Cart System. This allows you to view the items we have to offer, in our online catalog, in the comfort and privacy of your home.

The shopping cart feature allows you to add items to an imaginary or virtual shopping cart. You then decide whether you want to continue shopping or checkout with your purchases. It's during the checkout process where you decide on which payment option you are the most comfortable with.

In order to keep our costs low and pass on these savings to you, we ship orders only twice a week. All orders received Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday will be shipped on Friday. All orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday.

Payment Options

All of our prices are in US dollars.

After you've finished adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, you will begin the Checkout Process. It is during this process that you will be selecting one of the following methods of payment:

1. Visa or Master Card given On-Line
2. Visa or Master Card given through Mail or Phone
3. Your Personal Check or Money Order

1. Visa or Master Card given On-Line

This payment option is the fastest way to get your purchases to you. For more information about the Security we have in place for capturing your Credit Card Information On-Line click on Our Security, below:

Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the merchandise to you.

2. Visa or Master Card given through Mail or Phone

If you're concerned with giving Credit Card information On-line, but still wish to pay for your order with a Credit Card. As you're going through the Checkout Process, select the Payment Option of Payment by Mail. When the Invoice is displayed, you'll be instructed to print it and send it to us. Then just either write:

The following Credit Card information on the Invoice

- VISA or MasterCard
- Account Number
- Expiration Date
- Your Name as it Appears on the Card
- The Address your Credit Card Bill is Sent to

OR

Make a note that you wish to pay with your Credit Card and we'll call you for the information. Whichever method is easier for you.

Your credit card will not be charged until we actually ship the merchandise to you.

3. Your Personal Check or Money Order

As you follow the Checkout Process, select Payment by Mail as the Payment Type. When the Invoice is displayed, you'll be instructed to print it and send it to us.

- Click on File, located on the Menu Bar at the top of your Browser
- Then click on Print
- Then click on OK in the Print Window

Our Security

We are concerned with ensuring that the credit card information that accompanies your online order is as completely secure as possible. You will notice as you begin shopping our site that it contains many security features. These are provided through the use of the SmartCart - "Secure" Shopping System which is integrated into our site.

To get a bit technical on this, the SmartCart Shopping System uses the 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which was created by Netscape and also implemented by Microsoft to address all the necessary security issues. SSL authenticates the server so customers know they are dealing with the intended Web commerce site. It encrypts sensitive information before sending it across the wire, and it provides a way to verify that the transmission has not been altered en-route.

Shipping & Handling

A flat rate of $6.95 is charged for the shipping and handling of your order. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority mail. This policy applies to U.S. shipping only. We will contact you for shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S.

Out of Stock Merchandise Policy

There can be on occasion, the situation where the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered multiple items and we know it may be a week or so until your item is available we will ship the items that are available and charge your credit card for only the items we shipped plus shipping. If we split the order we will ship the remaining items to you at no additional cost.

We will notify you via email if an item is temporarily out of stock. Our goal is for your full satisfaction, if for some reason the out of stock item cannot be filled by our supplier, we will work with you to find a replacement item that meets your approval. If we cannot find a suitable replacement, we will cancel the item from your order. Be assured, your credit card is never charged until the time we actually ship the order to you.

Sales Tax Collection Policy

We will collect sales tax for those orders which will be shipped to customers residing in the State of Vermont only. The Vermont Sales Tax will be automatically calculated, when applicable, on your order form. It is the responsibility for our customers living outside of Vermont to pay any consumer sales/use tax where applicable.

Return Policy

All returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns will be accepted for replacement or store credit ONLY. The returned merchandise must be received in "like new" condition. We reserve the right to inspect the merchandise prior to issuing the replacement or store credit. The customer will be responsible for paying any price difference if the replacement merchandise is higher in price than the original merchandise. We will issue store credit for any difference if the replacement merchandise is less in price.

We do not refund the shipping and handling charges.

Return/Replacement Process

To return an item, first contact us via email (by clicking on the envelope above), include an explanation as to what and why you are returning the item and if you desire a replacement (different ring size) or store credit.

We will not accept returns that we have not been previously notified about.

Privacy Policy

The information we collect; Name, Address, Email, Telephone, Order & Payment information is kept in the strictest of confidence and is used by our company to process your order. When paying by credit card we provide the Credit Card company with your Name, Address, Credit Card information and Amount of purchase, to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized  transactions. We do not share or sell information about our customers to any other organization or entity.
